1.THE FONT IN THE CHURCH OF THE ADVENT, SEOUL.
This Font was presented to the Church by friends of Bishop Corfe
2. THE WOMEN'S WARD
3. THE ENGLISH MISSION SCHOOL, SOU WON.
A wooden building with a tiled roof. A wooden partition inside divides the building into two class-rooms. The boys are instructed by the Rev. G. A. Bridle, who is assisted by a Corean teacher.
4. VIEW OF ONE SIDE OF THE HOSPITAL COMPOUND (CHEMULPO).
The Hospital is on the top of the hill, but so situated that it is difficult to get a better view of it, as there are so many Corean houses huddled together in the foreground. From this point of view the only parts visible are the end of the Hospital (the Surgery and Waiting Room), the Servants' Quarters, the new Corean room (in which to interview and teach Corean men who belong to, or desire to belong to, the Church), and just a glimpse, among the trees, of a part of the house occupied by the foreign members of the Staff.
